Once the inspection is completed you will immediately receive your check list
Matrix Deluxe Advantage report. Then, usually within 24 hours of the
inspection, a full color computer generated summary report will be delivered to
you. The summary report will include full color pictures
showing you the conditions found on the property. But Wait…

“Basic Home Systems – How to Operate Your Home.” This book is perfect for anyone
moving into their first home, or their fifth home.
A professional inspection is quickly becoming the norm in any real estate
transaction. LHI’s promise to you – I treat every inspection like I

Pre-Purchase – LHI will thoroughly inspect the property after you made the offer to purchase it. Once the inspection is completed you will know

Seller’s Inspection – If you are selling a home it is a good idea to get an inspection so that there will be no surprises when offers are made on your property. Sellers get the edge with an pre listing inspection.
A LHI Warranty Inspection is intended for people who moved into a new
construction home and are still within their 12 month warranty with the
builder. Builders want to make as much money as possible -don’t let

Inspection - For those without a purchase contract on any house LHI will accompany you to the property you are interested in purchasing and just
verbally comment on the major systems. No testing is done. 100% visual only and verbal only.
